Baolai’s amplitude transformer is made of high quality titanium alloy which won't break off.

1. Using different brands or different series tips with different threads will cause the amplitude transformer break off. The threads of Baolai’s T series tip are also different from S series. According to clinic practice and quality feedback from customers, 98.95% of amplitude transformer break problem are caused by such an action. In that case, it will not be within the warranty scope.

2. Assemble or disassemble the tip with other brands’ torque wrench  instead of Baolai’s.

3. Many times of strong impact will cause the amplitude transformer break off. For example, falling on the floor or impacting with hard object. This can be distinguished from the shape of the break.

4. If the handpiece was immediately put in a cold environment after autoclaved sterilization then the uneven heat and cold will bring a stress to the material. After many times of repeated actions will cause the handpiece crack. (Notice! The sealed handpiece can’t be autoclaved.)
