1. The water flow rate is too small owing to low water pressure. Please make sure that the water bottle is one meter at least high from the patient’s head.

2. The water switch has not been properly turned so the water flow rate is small.

3. The water flow rate is too small because the water pipe is blocked. For example, there is impurity in the solenoid valve orwater pipe inside the handpiece

cable. In this case, please use multi-function syringe of dental unit to clean the impurity. If the problem still can not be solved,  please clean the solenoid valve according to the cleaning instruction after Baolai’s authorization.
